Rating:Acht Tage ohne Versandnachweis - Geld zurück, Vertrauen verloren
Ich bewerte hier den Händler MobPicker.eu, nicht das Samsung-Smartphone.
Am 04.10.2026 bestellte und bezahlte ich ein Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 12/512 GB White für 1.015,95 € inklusive Versand. Bis zu meinem Widerruf am 12.10.2026 - acht Kalendertage später - hatte ich weder eine Versandbestätigung noch eine Sendungsnummer oder einen verbindlichen Versandtermin erhalten. Über WhatsApp wurde mir am 12.10. mitgeteilt, die Bestellung sei weiterhin in Bearbeitung; eine Trackingnummer werde voraussichtlich erst in weiteren 2-4 Werktagen verfügbar sein.
Eine längere Lieferzeit hatte ich mir zunächst mit dem Versand aus Polen nach Deutschland erklärt. Mir war nicht klar, dass ich nach acht Tagen noch nicht einmal einen Versandnachweis haben würde. Der WhatsApp-Kontakt wirkte auf mich automatisiert bzw. wie ein KI-Chat. Antworten kamen nur teilweise, und konkrete Informationen fehlten. Das hat mich erheblich verunsichert.
Positiv möchte ich ausdrücklich festhalten: Nach meinem Widerruf wurde die vollständige Erstattung noch am 12.10. eingeleitet. Inzwischen habe ich mein Geld vollständig zurückerhalten.
Eine ausführliche persönliche Antwort der Verkaufsleitung erhielt ich erst am 13.10., nachdem die Erstattung bereits veranlasst war. Rating:Mobpicker.eu is operated by BATUBERG Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw (KRS 0001102660, REGON 528464972); the details shown on the site match the Polish companies register. Its legal documents contradict each other, though: the "Terms and Conditions" say that consumer protection laws of Lithuania apply and still present bank transfer as the only payment method, while the checkout offers cards and open banking.
The shop also belongs to a small group of identical sites. Its own delivery page says orders ship from warehouses in Poland, Lithuania and France, which match the three companies behind mobpicker.eu, mobiro.eu (MB Verida Solutions, Lithuania) and mobdeal.eu (TechRapide, France): same catalogue, same legal template, and no way for a buyer to know which company actually sells.
On Trustpilot (36 reviews, 3.9 out of 5, 19% one star), buyers report slow dispatch, payments confirmed days later and tracking numbers that did not match the carrier. Bank transfer is preselected at checkout and goods ship once the money has cleared: unlike a card payment, a transfer cannot be contested, so prefer a card.
