Rating:⭐ 1 Star -- Misleading Advertising, Improper Shipping, No Instructions, and Missing Gift
I spent approximately $79 on a buy-one-get-one nasal spray promotion from Ascend Bio Labs that also advertised a free gift.
I purchased these products expecting ready-to-use nasal sprays. Instead, I received products that required me to mix them myself. This was not clearly disclosed when ordering. To make matters worse, there were absolutely no instructions included explaining how to mix or prepare the products.
The company states that these products are supposed to be shipped cold, yet mine arrived without ice packs or proper cold packaging. How am I supposed to know whether the products were kept at the correct temperature during shipping?
My advertised free gift was also missing.
These nasal sprays are advertised at approximately $69 each on sale, plus $15 shipping. At those prices, I expect clear product descriptions, proper shipping, preparation instructions, and everything promised with my purchase.
I have contacted the company regarding these issues.
Buyers beware! Make sure you know exactly what you're purchasing. I would not have ordered these products had I known they would arrive without refrigeration, without mixing instructions, and not ready to use.
Very disappointed with this experience.

Rating:Nothing answers at this address any more and the shop is gone: the domain does not load from any of the six countries tested and its registration record shows it suspended by the registrar.
While it was trading, the site sold research-grade peptides as a US supplier, with a sitewide buy one get one free offer under a for laboratory research only disclaimer. Its terms named the operator as PLM Enterprises Group LLC, a Delaware company, whose only address was 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, a mailing address shared by a very large number of unrelated companies. The contact page listed no phone number, only an email address.
The brand did not stop there: ascendbioslabs.com was registered two days before this one stopped answering and sells the same catalogue, and ascendbiolabs.us carries the same text under another company, Palm Gate Club LLC in Florida. If you paid here and received nothing usable, the bank that processed the payment is the last party who can act.
