Rating:I purchased Slimming and Firming Berberine patches April 20, 2026. I am finishing up with week 7 and I have not lost any weight. I have contacted customer service because I was given a full money back guarantee when I bought the product. Their response was I can't lose weight with only 1 or 2 weeks of use because my body may not react to the product positively. They offered me a 30% refund instead of the 100% refund promised before I bought the product. I responded back to them saying no to the 30% refund because I was guaranteed all my money back when I purchased the patches. Also I have since learned that the small postage size patches are not the original patches for losing weight. The original patches are large size and any other patches small in size are fake and do not work. I apparently got the fake ones. This company does not stand behind their product and does not honor their full money back guarantee. I would not have bought the product if no money back guarantee was offered. Do not buy from Cvhealthusa. They do not give good customer service nor sell good products.
