Rating:After not receiving my order for over a month despite frequent shipping updates, I contacted their customer service. I received an immediate response where they indicated they re-shipped the item for which they provided a new tracking number. At first it seemed bogus, but then the shipping kept updating and I did receive my order as promised. Bottom line? They might have responded favorably due to my initiating a dispute with my credit card provider who did contact them after they had e-mailed me. I still urge caution, but wanted to report my experience.
