Rating:I ordered a Christmas felted mouse. What I got was a Halloween mouse, or a mouse holding a pumpkin! When EETTSEY finally bothered to respond they told me that they were sorry I was disappointed with my order but as they had to pay postage and labour they wouldn't do anything about it. They offered a tiny amount compensation but this was never received. Very poor customer relations for a mouse that I did not order.
