Rating:I ordered multiple products from this webshop.
After receiving the items, it turned out they had poor quality and differed a lot from the website pictures.
I exercised my right to withdraw from the purchase within the applicable period and requested a return.
My request was repeatedly rejected on the grounds that the products were purchased at a discounted price. The store referred to its internal policy stating that sale items are not eligible for returns. Despite several attempts to resolve the matter directly, they refused to provide a refund.
The situation changed only after I contacted my bank and initiated a card payment dispute. Shortly after the bank became involved, the merchant refunded the full amount without any further discussion.
Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend ordering anything from this site.
