Rating:Just received my sandels waited 8 week for them comfortable but would not recommend them for anybody that has wide feet

Rating:Waited 8 weeks or more for my sandals. Very poorly made. Sent photos to them but if I want a refund I have to pay for the return. They travelled from China, through Russia and all over the world before arriving here. I ordered them as it said they would be coming from the EU as I particularly didn’t want to order from China because their products are so poorly made and sized. They have obviously cottoned on to this and are using UK or EU as shipping g address. Another scam

Rating:Shocking scammers! Took 5 weeks for my shoes to arrive, came wrong size and colour! They sent me an amended size guide saying a 36 is a 4, when it’s always been a 3. I ordered a 4. They want me to pay for the return. 12 emails later, they’ve offered me £3 refund, then half! No, I want it all

Rating:Size 6 shoes ordered, shoes 'labelled on bag' as size 6, no markings at all on the shoes themselves to quote sizing..........can't get my feet in them. They claim 'correct size sent' and are refusing to send me a replacement or a refund. SCAM!!!!!
