Rating:Been very disappointed in my order. Been over a month shipping from one coast to the other. Worried what will show up is junk.

Rating:I have been waiting about 35 days and not received the personalized product that said it would ship within 7-10 days. They will not provide a tracking number to prove it was ever shipped.

Rating:Stay away from this company! I ordered 2 senior 2020 garden flags from Gosszby on April 15, 2020 to 2 different addresses. One address received hers within 2-3 weeks. I, the purchaser and mother, have not received this item. I have repeatedly emailed this company for tracking and shipping info. I’ve asked for a contact number so I may speak to a human. The responses I obtain from support emails have not given me shipping or tracking info nor a contact phone number. Their response repeatedly asks me for patience and they’ve sent the item to their carrier. I am so frustrated by their lack of concern. Although the company states they are located in California, I’m doubtful. If the item has been sent to the carrier and shipped why isn’t there tracking? No response. I’ve asked for full refund. They’ve denied that stating I could receive a refund if I had canceled my order within 4 hours. So I continue to wait....somebody please help!!! I either want the product or a refund! Beware of this company....

Rating:Ordered a senior flag on April 21st in hopes of getting it by my son's graduation on May 27th. Just finally received it on June 6th! Absolutely ridiculous to take that long to ship a tiny little garden flag. No tracking on the package, no shipping updates, nothing.

Rating:BEWARE..... These people are thieves, they take your money, and you wait for more than a month to receive your purchase, they don't respond to emails, and when you finally get what you ordered, it is very cheap garbage. This is the absolute worst company to deal with! Worst customer service in the world! BEWARE!!
