Rating:I bought a Philips sonicare toothbrush and have not gotten any email confirming my order. I believe this site is a scam the phone number is always busy and the address is not a business. Hope I haven't been conned but it seems so.

Rating:Ordered a toothbrush and never received any tracking info. The phone number did not work, and the address was a home listed for sale... scam! Luckily my credit card company refunded the transaction. Buyer Beware!

Rating:Yes, I agree that Coachcarrier com is a scam. I bought a grill, and they never sent me further tracking information either. I never had this situation happen to me with online shopping. I also attempted to reach out to Coach carrier by phone and email, but the phone number and email did not work either. I even looked up Coachcarrier by the address, and it appeared to be a residential home.

Rating:I ordered a grill as well. I received tracking information about 2 weeks later. UPS notifications said the grill was delivered...but not to me. I checked the tracking information from UPS and it said the address had been changed 2 minutes prior to delivery. Wish I had of looked on here first.

Rating:I bought 2 separate order of the touch-less thermometer. One for my self and one as a gift. Both item was supposedly deliver on the same day. But neither of us has even seen the package. I just file a complaint with paypal, just going to have to see what pay pal resolution will be.

Rating:Definitely a scam, my husband ordered a Fitbit. Never received it but it shows it has been delivered. The UPS doc that was sent to Pay pal, showing delivery, was bogus. It states that it was delivered to the front desk and accepted by Martin. This is a residence and no one with that name lives here. Waiting to see how Pay Pal responds. Keeping my fingers crossed

Rating:I bought a thermometer from them but never received it. Filed a dispute with PayPal. They contacted the seller and received a UPS shipping information from the seller. PayPal sent that info to me and closed my case. The shipping info said it was 8 Lbs! and was delivered to me, but I never received that package and my Ring did not show any activity around the date/time of the delivery. Re-opened my case with PayPal with this new info. Finally after almost a month, PayPal closed the case in my favor and sent a refund to me.

Rating:I was scammed too for a gas grill. I reported to paypal but it denied my claim because the grill was allegedly delivered. The delivery ticket referred to a 1.5 lb item when in fact the grill was supposed to be more than 50 lbs. I will make sure this fucktard goes to jail.

I have a update about this scam website. Well, you see the seller Binh sent me a tracking number after almost 3 weeks after I placed an order of a Char Broil grill. I used the tracking number on UPS, and it showed that my package was delivered weighing pounds. A grill doesn't weigh 6 pounds! Even though the seller sent me a tracking number, I still never got my package delivered at all by UPS.

Rating:Oh my same thing happened to me I ordered a touchless thermometer and got PayPal email saying that the seller shipped my item dated 7/23/20 ok normally I will get a notification from UPS & I have checked my PayPal transaction & click the tracking shipment for my item and it was delivered 7/22 @9:40am and says that they met a man & driver release. Its a big scam! I need my money back hopefully PayPal will investigate.

Rating:THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM - AFTER REPEATED EMAILS ASKING WHERE MY ORDER IS AND REQUESTING TRACING NUMBER, SOME 33 DAYS LATER I GET A TRACKING NUMBER ON THE 33RD DAY STATING THE PACKAGE FOR A ECHO DOT THAT WEIGHTS LESS THAN A POUND WAS LEFT ON MY DOORSTEP BY UPS SOME 8 DAYS EARLIER AND THAT THE PACKAGE WEIGHT WAS OVER 28 PLUS POUNDS. WOW! - GETTING PAYPAL TO HELP GET MY MONEY BACK. TOTAL SCAM HERE FOLKS!!!

Rating:Definitely a scam. I ordered a Fitbit from this website, luckily I used PayPal. They sent tracking info via UPS but I believe they're running some type of UPS scam because the tracking shows as "delivered to front door" even though I live in a big apartment building with parcel lockers (packages can't be delivered to the front door). I tried to open a case with UPS but wasn't able to, kept trying to contact the seller but the phone number and email is fake. I currently have a case open with PayPal and they are continuing to investigate it. The website doesn't even exist anymore, hope they rule in my favor. If they don't, I'll try to take it up with my bank.

Rating:Ordered a Wyze camera. Received order confirm but nothing else. Paypal denied my claim because they received a tracking number for UPS. Ups number says city but not my name or address. Called ups and they said while they cannot tell me where my package was sent, it defiantly was not my name or address on the package. A total scam.

Rating:hi all, an update, I think PayPal is probably receiving a lot of claims about this scam company because after a few of weeks of "investigating" they closed the case in my favor and refunded me.

Here is what I have been able to determine:
-False website setup, accepts CCs and PayPal.
-When a customer makes a purchase, the perpetrator waits a few days, then provides a tracking number to a package that is delivered that same day. Exactly how the tracking number is obtained is still unknown to me. In my case, it was a UPS tracking number delivered to the same city I am in. One giant red flag is that whatever actual package was delivered was about 90lbs less than it should have been. Also helps that my Ring doorbell never went off.
In the case of using PayPal (which is my scenario), when you begin a claim, PayPal’s system checks the merchant-provided tracking number to see if it was delivered. If it is: your claim is auto-denied in favor of that merchant.
Thanks to this auto-deny, and the complete lack of being able to get anyone at PayPal on the phone due to Covid: it becomes very upsetting, an overwhelming feeling of being taken advantage of. The merchant is relying on you to give up.

I took the tracking number to a UPS store (can’t get anyone on the phone at UPS either, thank you COVID) and they were able to confirm that the package was NOT addressed to my name nor address.
Next I used PayPal's Messaging System on their website to completely lay out my case, and the facts... And FINALLY a human read everything I typed and reopened the claim. :)
