I am writing to report fraudulent activities by the company operating under the websites lonetela.com and lontela.co.uk. This company is engaging in deceptive practices that have caused financial loss and misled consumers.

The company advertises a product called "Glucoclick," which they claim can measure blood glucose levels without a traditional glucose monitor. However, instead of delivering the advertised product, they sent a cheap pulse oximeter, a device that measures pulse rate and oxygen saturation—completely unrelated to blood glucose monitoring. This bait-and-switch tactic is a clear misrepresentation of their product.

Furthermore, the UK phone number listed on their websites is fake and does not connect to a legitimate business. Their customer support system is highly suspicious, with unresponsive or evasive communication, further indicating fraudulent intent.

I strongly advise consumers to avoid dealing with lonetela.com or lontela.co.uk to prevent falling victim to this scam. I am reporting this matter to Action Fraud, the UK's national fraud and cybercrime reporting center, to ensure appropriate action is taken against this company.
