SCAMM ALERT!! !! SELLER NOT TRUSTWORTH!! ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE SCAM BOT REVIEWS!! My experience with Mark at CommonLot has been extremely concerning, and I would urge buyers to be very cautious.

I won a land auction in early November and paid the full amount as instructed. The seller said the deed would be submitted to San Bernardino County for recording. After waiting weeks, I was told the first submission was rejected due to a notary issue and had to be resubmitted.

Months have now passed with repeated delays and promises of updates. I was told I would receive confirmation by the end of February, but I still have not received a recorded deed, documentation, or any response to my recent messages.

Because payment was made and there has been no proof of recording or communication for an extended period, this situation has been very troubling. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing through this platform perform thorough due diligence and avoid sending funds outside protected payment systems.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this service.

I researched one of their listings and it turns out this lot is not for sale. Common lots claims to have the rights to sell it from the "broker" they are working through, but I call the actual owner and they said this lot is theirs and that it is NOT for sale through Common Lots or anyone else. Highly suspicious.
