Rating:Chagona is a fraud. Their website states that their products are made in the USA and ships within 24 hours. Needless to say, this company is in HONG KONG BEWARE!!!!

Rating:Company is a scam. I paid expedited shipping and when the deadline for package arrive (7days) I emailed to cancel my order. They sent me a shipping email the next day that said the package would arrive In 25 days. Then they replied to my cancel request saying the best thing they could do is give me. 15% refund (which is less than even the expedited fake shipping I paid for. Total scam.. still nothing has arrived.

Rating:Yes, this is a scam website. Placed an order and have received no shipping tracking.
Try to contact them and it goes to a random gmail account.
Avoid these guys, dont get ripped off like the rest of us

Rating:I tried this site on May 9, 2020 before I researched it. I am a trusting sort. Big mistake. After I read some reviews, I attempted to cancel my order within 45 minutes of placing it. I received a robot response telling how they need to know why and would anything to help me. I wrote, I just changed my mind and pointed out I was within their return window of 12 hours. I received an email from JH saying essentially how they needed to know why in order to improve their site and would satisfy me once I responded, to which I responded with re-stating my reason. Three days later, no response. Think I will get a refund or product or neither?
I say neither.
I also say this is a SCAM site.

Rating:This is a completely illegitimate company. They never shipped gloves I ordered in early April. and never respond to emails. You can't contact.

Rating:Terrible , 24 hr shipping , free shipping all lies . Ordered on 4/30/2020 now 5/28/2020 no package , 5.99 shipping , 042 ins. for shipping tracking number cant be found , lies and more lies bad company . I will contact pay pal then bank , enough of this nonsense .

Rating:Frauds!!! I wish I had researched. Cannot talk to a person. I have emailed several times and only get these automated responses that don’t tell me anything helpful. I am a caregiver for my parents and with the pandemic going on, impossible to find the right type of gloves. I fell for it.... Don’t you fall for it!

Rating:These people are for trash collectors..in a time of turmoil & despair u reach out for hope, chagona is a predatory site .I place my or they snatched money from my bank that moment 5/1/2020 as of 6/10th my bank is still fighting my claim to no avail ..
Definitively predatorial scammers. Do ur research & buy America!! NO STARS RATING FOR THIS COMPANY! THAT ONE IS SO I CAN LEAVE A COMMENT!????????????????????

Rating:I will nevet order from them EVER again. Ordered April 17th. Gloves and face mask. Promised 7-10 days fast delivery. Now June 16th, no package. Status shows sitting in different parts of California sine May 5th. This is crazy.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ZERO RATING FROM ME

Rating:They are a scam and when I finally talked to someone they tried to bully me about how I wasn’t patient enough and that my order was being tested. It’s a box of gloves... how do you test a box of gloves for four months? I don’t understand how this website is still active. Negative stars for this company

Rating:Chagona.com is very shady and misrepresents itself to customers. First this is NOT an American company with fast shipping as the website implies. It took several months to receive my order which arrived in damaged boxes only after contacting them via paypal stating that i was going to open a dispute. The company appears to operate out of China. While looking further into this company, i saw a youtube video that alleged, Chagona was a scam that sold people's information. During this time period, an international charge for $600+ was attempted on my Visa (luckily my bank stopped the charge). I am also getting about 10 or more spam calls/texts everyday. Could be a coincidence, but highly suspect.

Rating:I bought gloves from Chagona, and the gloves arrived two months later. Their gloves were supposed to be nitrile, but instead contained a poisonous chemical that burned my skin off the back of my hands. Their customer service is also terrible because they wouldn't agree to a full refund upon request. Instead, their customer service representatives ignored my emails until I agreed to their minuscule 15% refund. On top of that, their website specifically mentions a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order upon request as long as the items haven't shipped yet. I made the request to cancel the order for gloves within the first hour of ordering, and my emails were ignored for 72 hours by the representatives of Chagona just so they could ship the gloves and claim that it was "too late" for a full refund. I ask that all individuals who purchased gloves from this website stop using their gloves immediately. Due to their poisonous products, I required immediate medical attention for my hands.
