Rating:I purchased 4 thermometers for $260. They provided a USPS number but it never did move kept saying waiting for product on USPS site. ( I just had went through this with the mask I bought on ebay which paypal stood behind)
I opened a dispute with PayPal with them they said they were backed up on shipments, and today I got a usps message that its moving now so we will see how this all end up here soon, they say my delivery is scheduled on Friday. Can not wait to see whats in box. Keeping my fingers crossed I am hoping that it will turn out good but something is not right here.

Rating:I just looked through the website. It appears to be a scam. Prices too good to be true, terrible english, and FDA certificates with pertinent information blurred out. Considering these details, especially the certificates, I believe this to be a scam website. It is also almost identical to philipspulseoximoter.com. steer clear of both.

Rating:Put in dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are big time scammers. No one will answer phone (and don't give me it's because of ppl working at home.) Email response is very unprofessional looking. Just wish there was some way to prevent ppl from going to this website and it's the first thing you see when ordering oximeters. Great Scam.

I think your full of it, You (leon) Connie Brady and Rocanne Martin all have posted the same crap on multiple scam websites one right after the other my guess is your the same person and work for who ever is running Onnron sitting at a PC some where in China trying to mitigate the damage.

Rating:In this epidemic situation, I am very objective to look at onnrons.com. I received their products. That the company is real. They explained to me the reason for the logistics delay, and for now I believe it.I used to go to them almost every day and ask them where my goods were.Their customer service did answer me patiently.I am grateful to them.

Rating:Glad to hear all the comments on this site are getting more positive cause I'm having serious doubts since their customer service response from the company (automated replies) and from both of China and US deliver companies are non existent. At one point looks like I must have had a 5/1 delivery date but can'yt find nothing in their updates/emails that show a delivey date. Again I will revise my review if and when I receive my order. Being more responsive to an individuals order (and not automated replies) would go a long way with trust with this company...and they'd probably be less frantic customers.

Rating:I, too, have ordered 2 items from Onnrons but haven’t received. The tracking site is a joke but had a red flag and I thought, this is China. Emails sent to them plus several phone calls have gone nowhere. So filed a dispute with my cc company. Stay away as others dependable sites!

Rating:I called their number listed on the website several times and was put on hold each time for a number of minutes.
Each time I was disconnected.
I had a number of questions and this is probably their way of letting you believe they are legitimate and very busy but disconnect you automatically so you'll give up.
I saw their ad on Flickr.
I don't trust any of those ads now.
I'm glad I found out they are not legitimate before I gave them any of my credit info.

Rating:Onnrons
Are you a scam?
A scam takes your money and then doesn't deliver.
A scam gives a phone number for questions and then never responds.
A scam tells you to email customer service and then never responds.
A scam tells you the item is stocked in the U.S. and will be delivered in 1 to 2 weeks and then a month later no delivery and no contact.
A scam states they are philipspulseoximeter but then your credit card is billed by Onnrons, and ordered from Yoximeter. Multiple companies to cover the scam.
Is onnrons a scam?
You betcha.

Rating:DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered an oxymeter on April 5th. Had to pay $15 shipping for DHL 3-5 days. Nothing came. No number to call. Cryptic email responses came back to me...with apologies. Tracking numbers that weren’t DHL or Fedex or UPS. Then no more email responses. Mid-May I put a claim in with my CC company.

Rating:Finally received my oximeters after not quite a month. So my experience has had good results but wouldn't order from them again or anywhere abroad due to shipping. If this company had said upfront it would take up to 4-6 weeks or longer and made it obvious it was coming from abroad, it would have helped me in deciding whether I would have purchased from them and made me aware of what kind of wait I had rather than feeling like I was being scammed. The product seems to be working fine. I'm giving them 1 star for the poor customer service. A little customer service/nformation/response to the customer would go a long way.

Rating:You desperate boomers,
Don't ever trust websites from first sight. The first time I saw the ad, I knew it was a scam. The advertisement graphics, the description on the ad, and especially the name 'ONNRON.' Sounds wacky, right? I've noticed a multitude of other Chinese scam websites on the internets with uncannily photogenic product images - and the one thing they had in common was an unusual name. 'Beattydress' and 'Bomshe' are among hundreds of online Chinese stores lacking security, information encryption, and credibility. They might not even ship your item properly, let alone have an exisiting product. Train your eye for these Chinese websites, and soon you'll be able to detect which 'companies' are legitimate or not. And look for bad spelling and grammar; those are major red flags. If you got scammed, it is what it is. Too bad.

Rating:Don't buy from Onnrons. I received 3 pulseoximeters; all of them read lower than actual and are therefore useless. Returning product to them requires a tracking number, so the cheapest way to do that for less than a pound shipping weight is about $65 US. What a waste of time and money.

Rating:I received an order confirmation e-mail stating that I would be notified when the order ships. After waiting 3 weeks, I still had not received shipment confirmation so I e-mailed them and told them to cancel my order. During the evening they e mailed me saying that they could not cancel the order because it was shipped. Shortly after that e mail I get another e mail saying my order has been shipped. I wrote back saying this was unacceptable. They never shipped it until I complained. A week later and several e mails later requesting a refund several times they refuse to refund my money. It’s a month later and I requested a refund again but they send me a tracking number saying they can’t refund because the order was shipped. When I try to track the package, I get this message: This number can’t be found at this moment. It’s not available in the carrier’s system yet. Please check back later. I think this company is a bogus Chinese company. Do not advise purchasing from here.

Rating:1. When I ordered the pulse oximeter on April 24, 2020, Onnrons replied, “Hi, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.” However, it FAILED TO NOTIFY ME until AFTER I contacted them more than a month later on May 26 to cancel my order.
2. The “About Us” section of Onnrons' website states, “We provide two kind of shipping method: standard shipping (7-10 days) and expetise shipping (3-5 days), which is to make sure that you can get what need in a fast way and at a reasonable cost.” But the item was NOT shipped in 7-10 days as promised. It was in fact shipped more than a month later, AFTER I cancelled my order.
3. Onnrons Cancellation Policy states that, “If you order our item and for some reasons that you may want to cancel the order, it is OK that you can send your request to us via Email: support@onnrons.com, If the parcel has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund you.” I cancelled the order before it was shipped and requested a refund, which Onnrons refused by falsely stating that it had already shipped.
4. Despite my email to them on May 26 saying, “I want this order cancelled immediately and the amount charged to my credit card refunded without delay. DO NOT send the product to me at this point,” Onnrons sent it to me anyway. It arrived on May 29.
5. The pulse oximeter I received from Onnrons DID NOT WORK AT ALL after I installed two new AAA batteries per instructions. Yet, Onnrons has... Read more

Rating:WARNING to people waiting to be scammed, here's one more pissed off "customer" experience w/ Onnrons; you will waste your $ & time attempting to buy from them!
Ordered 3 face masks May 20, '20. By June 2'20 still no USPS tracking of package started, emailed Onnrons an inquiry, response; "dear be patient." On June16th got a USPS tracking notice package is "undeliverable", wrong city and zip code on address, close by but not ours,USPS automatically returns to sender. I've *never* gotten my address wrong in 32 yrs., don't believe I put
that on the order. MORE INTERESTING is where the package got returned to... Onnrons has a "shipping partner" named HJ Express USA LLC-EVS who is listed as sender in CA. 91715 USPS told me our package was being returned to: OUR OWN ST. NAME & NUMBER w/ "Brooklyn NY" AND a CA zip code. WHAT? Why an east coast state with a west coast zip? Shipping partner has addresses in CA, Brooklyn, NY & TX. Will it go back to CA or on to NY? We now suspect there is NOTHING in the package, won't get to verify unless USPS missing mail request redirects it to us in CO. Perhaps a new twist on a scam is to alter city & zip code making it undeliverable then auto returns to sender. Is this MAIL FRAUD? We'll see about that.
I also suspect the few comments of supposed buyers that are "good" are seeded by Onnrons in an effort to cause doubt of those of us with true scam accusations.
How many people go to the trouble of seeking out a site where neg. comments are listed to... Read more

Rating:I also got ripped off by Onnrons. I ordered the 3D masks and was sent a piesce of cloth that did not have the carbon filters. The first problem was the delivery - 5 weeks. I first filed a claim with pay pal concerning the delivery which was a big mistake.I was in email contact with Onnrons and they wer offering a 50% refund which I denied because I would be paying for just a piece of useless cloth. Pay pal encouraged me to escalate to a claim which I did and immediately Pay pal denied my claim and closed out the claim.Do not buy from this company and stay away from Pay pal whom I think that they are in cahoots with Onnrons.
This is sad that there are sites taking advantage of the world.
