Rating:This company is a scam I don't know who they are but I paid 1p sterling to watch a short video from an article regarding an incident on a school bus our Grandson takes from school. I found it starnge that a community newspaper wants to charge 1p to watch a video. Then I get charged 2 X £49.00 01st December 2024 for entertainment which I have no idea what it is about. I have removed my cards from Apple wallet because this is where scams happen and difficult to stop. My bank will reclaim the money once th epayments are off pending status. I still have no idea what this company is about and how they have a merchant number is beyond me.

Rating:Was scammed by promise of a "free" song download. ApplePay was the medium and, while I thought it a bit odd that there was a $.01 charge, I naively proceeded. I didn't receive my song download - only a $.01 charge on my card that day. I attempted to contact joyce.com to cancel. Sent in a general communication email form (the only option given to contact the company) to them asking in a very clear and concise way to remove me from their service immediately. It was obviously ignored or not received. I received an additional $24.99 charge the next day. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and re-issue another card. Painful. Thought I was clear until two weeks later when another $24.99 charge was attempted by joyzs.com. Once again disputed and had to not only reissue a new card but create a new digital profile with the credit card company, PLUS remove all payment options from my ApplePay account (for a non-specific period). Extremely annoying. Joyzs.com is very scammy.

Rating:I paid 1p to sign up to a free radio station. I was later called by my bank, who blocked a £49 payment to Joyzs as a possible fraudulent activity. I agreed that I had no idea what it was but the payment was not authorised. I was lucky but have had to cancel my bank card and await a new one which has been inconvenient but at least I have not lost money to these scammers. I have emailed them to tell them to cancel,whatever they think they are providing me and that I will never be authorising payments to them so they will not get any money from me.

Rating:pure scam wouldn't advise signing up to anything , i wanted to track where my vinted parcel was on a random website that charged me a odd number of £0.01 that was later refunded , i didn't think much off it until 2 days later i was charged £49. i've contacted my bank and nothing can be done until they scamming bastards take my money so now it's just a waiting game , it's a very smart scam very fucking smart. all i know is they are some indian pricks sitting behind the screen and oh god the things i could do to them just to help everyone out , don't fall for it everyone stay safe from these dirty cunts

Rating:I thought this was a healthy app. I Immediately recognised I made an error with this app and made sure my debit card blocked these people. Repeatedly tried (unsuccessfully) to take £49 from my bank.
