I bought a PS4. My funds took a few days to clear but I was able to keep in touch with the team the whole time. At first they did not answer my messages, but I managed to get through on the phone (they provide the number). I spoke directly to the boss, who gave me his WhatsApp, should I need to contact him again (saving me the phone bill). Very nice touch. Subsequent messages using their system from my order page were answered promptly and were informative. Of course the order was delayed because of the coronavirus by 2 days, but they told me, so I was not worried.

Ich habe am 20.3.2022 eine PlayStation5 geholt für 750 € direkt per Visa bezahlt und nachdem ich gemerkt habe dass es nicht verschickt wurde, beziehungsweise länger als die versprochener Zeit dauert. Habe ich rechtzeitig noch storniert innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Nach einer Recherche im Internet bin ich zum Entschluss gekommen dass ich verarscht worden bin, weil sehr viele Leute von der gleiche Erfahrungen berichtet haben. Jedenfalls ich renne immer noch mein Geld hinterher und versuche mehrmals mit das Unternehmen in Kontakt zu treten aber es kommt immer wieder die gleiche aussage. “ Thank you for contacting us. Regarding your refund, please note that there's a delay with the refunds and it may take longer than usual.
You will be refunded soon and when the refund is issued you'll receive a confirmation email.” Ich habe Fristen gesetzt, hab gedroht mit Anwalt, auch Polizei aber ich finde leider keine Lösung!!!
Deswegen bitte recherchiert bevor ihr irgendwo einkaufen geht und definitiv von Esdorado Nix kaufen!!
