Rating:I really should have researched this site before I bought from them. It absolutely is a scam china site!! Ordered a couple Oregon Ducks coins .... They took my money ... never got anything. Then I noticed suspicious attempts to get more money out of my account. Be careful and avoid this site!

Rating:I ordered an Advent calendar of the Phillies. It was horrible and not as advertised. I had to return to China if I wanted a refund. The pieces looked like shrinky dinks not pop vinyls. This is a horrible site. Service offered a $35 credit to the shop. Why would I want more junk? I paid $42 for this and it is awful.
I had a disappointed person on Advent.

Rating:Horrible product. I ordered but didn't get a confirmation email. A couple weeks later I reached out. They said they were swamped with orders but it would be coming. Arrived after Christmas. The items were nothing like they were expected. Cheap, with th tge design peeling off as I opened the box, which was also supposed to be a commemorative box, but was plain. I paid extra for the upgraded box. So $89 later I have junk! They've offered me to select something if equal value as a replacement or offered me 15% of the purchase price as a refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Rating:I ordered 3 cat advent calendars, which the ad indicated were 3D cat ornaments, and the size was close to a 2.5 inches long. I paid $55.10.
The ornaments are 2D, flat, plastic, barely and inch in size, and LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISING.
I emailed them, and they offered me a $9 refund, if I returned the ornaments to China. The shipping was going to cost $71.00.
I contacted them 3 times more, no response! I have reported them to my credit card company.

Rating:The same 1778 reviews counter is printed on every product page of this shop, while the whole catalogue, 75 items, was created between 9 September and 15 October 2026. No review is displayed, the figure is typed into the page. On 58 products, the crossed out price is exactly twice the price charged.
Behind the shop is Ecalink INC, a California company whose registered address, 1502 Foothill Blvd Ste 103 - 699 in La Verne, is a private mailbox inside a PostalAnnex shipping store. No phone number and no registration number are published. The same catalogue and prices run on other storefronts of the same company, and this site still names one of them, Presentgivers, on its homepage.
The Better Business Bureau lists giftsur.com as a trading name of Ecalink Inc and rates the company F, five complaints unanswered, and never got an answer to its January 2026 request to justify the claims made here. If nothing arrives, keep the order confirmation: a card payment can still be reversed through the card issuer, which a mailbox address cannot be made to answer.
