Rating:For the cost of shipping Zaoud charge I expect a more reliable method of transportation and better service.
I spent all day on 13 March waiting for delivery and was then told late in the afternoon the parcel had been re-directed and was at a pickup point that is quite a distance from where I live. Nevertheless, I went to the pickup point only to be told the item was not there.
Zaoud advised me to wait until the following day to see if the item was there. I visited the pickup point again the next day, to be told that deliveries were not made on a Saturday.
In summary 2 days have been wasted and I still do not have the items that I purchased, and I believe Zaoud really do not care.
I have requested a full refund and to date I have not received anything or a reply despite their claim to provide a no quibble refund.
I am now making a charge back with my bank.
My experience with Zaoud has been a complete waste of time and money, and they attitude is awful.
Buy with someone else who cares about their customers!
