I ordered a number of items in November of 2023, and still haven't received them. After emailing them in February, they responded saying, "We're sorry for the long fulfillment times on orders. We're a very small operation, so around this time of year orders can 6-8 weeks to ship. I see that your order is currently in process and will ship soon" (It had already been 12 weeks since I sent in my order). I emailed them again 8 weeks later, and no response. After nearly 5 months, it's become more than obvious to me that this is a total scam.

VERY unreliable. In the past, they were always slow to fulfill an order, but in recent years it would be months before I'd try to reach them by email. If they responded at all, it was to say "we're working on it," and then I'd wait a few more months. Then I'd have to get my bank involved and wait for them to do an investigation. It's a shame because they have some good products, but they simply can't run a business properly.
