Rating:This service is an absolute joke and a complete rip-off. I paid for a VIN report and got almost nothing in return — barely any useful information, no real details, and nowhere near what other companies provide for the same type of service. Compared to every other VIN check provider I have used, this was by far the worst and felt like throwing money away.
What is even more outrageous is the way they treat paying customers. I sent two separate messages asking for an explanation and requesting support, and both were completely ignored. No reply, no accountability, no customer service, and of course no refund.
Taking people's money and then disappearing without even the courtesy of a response is unacceptable. This feels dishonest, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I strongly warn everyone to stay far away from this company and use a legitimate VIN report provider instead. Do not waste your money here.
