Rating:I understood this book was a physical book and not a downloadable electronic book. Website referenced it being "in stock" and took my shipping details as though it were shipping me a physical book.
I did not agree to order a downloadable electronic book.
When I contacted the vendor they stated: Hello,
Please note that you order eBook (digital book) The Download link was sent instant after purchase with ''New Order'' email.
Please note that this sale is final, no refund is available for digital download.
….
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Rating:same thing happened to me - this is BS! what a scam!! ripping off the author as well I bet. Got a download link no book.

Rating:Same. This company is a SCAM! Not accredited with the BBB (should be a HUGE tipoff). Walk away. They will rip you off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Nowhere on their website does it say their book sales are "e-books only" or that "all sales are final". They offer NO REFUNDS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! No receipt! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! Total waste of time. Avoid at all costs! Its like flushing your money down the toilet! You have been warned!
