They say they well refund you but they lie. They will keep trying to get away with not refunding you. It's disgusting. It's illegal.
I put in an order and they got it completely wrong and I had written proof. They then wouldn't refund me for the order even though they were in the wrong. They kept giving excuses. Saying how about this we give you this or give you that. I said I just want my refund as stated on the website as you made the completely wrong order. Such disgraceful customer service.
They have left me with no choice but to take legal action against them to get my money back and to sue them for distress and time wasted.
Huge warning against this company.
As well the images on the site are stolen and not their own. Do a search you will see that they stole these images from other sites. Which in itself is illegal!
