Rating:I ordered and paid for a lamp two months ago and I have still haven't received it. Every time I write to them "Sofia" regrets the inconvenience and assures me that the package will be with me shortly or that she will take my problem to the higher management team. I have now written a few times to claim a refund but I keep getting the same generic excuse from Sofia".

Rating:RUN AWAY! totally unprofessinal when it comes to customer service: the lamp I ordered did not arrive, they asked me to sort it out with the local carrier (as if I knew it!) and did not want to refund! their customer service is probably an AI: polite but utterly useless! in the end you won't save any money and you can find the same lamps (exactly the same lamps!!!!!) on Amazon! In any case they are not in Amsterdam as they advertize
