Rating:Website is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TRENDPICKY.COM. Turns out that what you purchase from their website will never be shipped and the phone numbers are all invalid. All the reviews are under their control and they never let you leave a review. Filing a chargeback claim and going to report their website.

Rating:Website is a fraud I found out after contacting the FTC. They are going to work with the Hong Kong authorities to get it shut down. They do not have he product you ordered. Matter of fact, they have no product to sell. Total scam and fraud. Contact your credit card member services ASAP to report

Rating:This is a legit business. I just ordered two N95 masks ... it took a month, but one of them came. I've complained and thus far no response. I've also told my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Rating:I spent $44 on 2 N95 masks. We ordered them 2 months ago. They never arrived and all I got was excuses and lies. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TRENDPICKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rating:I order 3 N95 masks over 2 months ago. Got a couple of emails from Jenny saying they were on the way and it was a shipping problem because of the virus. They are a major con website. Ordered in March and now it is May. Ain't nothing shipped or coming. $51+ down the drain from Global Criminals.

Rating:My package was lost in the automatic delivery system (because Trendpicky used incorrect zip code on the label) they refuse to issue a refund until I return the package. I can't return something that I didn't receive so they have my money and have nothing.

Rating:FRAUDULENT company/website. Do not do business with them. I ordered $50 worth of masks in February and never received them. I, like others posting here, contacted them multiple times and was told my order had shipped but in fact it never went anywhere. They charged my account and refused to refund my money. I will be reporting them to the FTC and FBI.

Rating:Order TP#812487 $53.01 on March 9th. Today is May 22nd. I've ordered items already PAST this date and have received them faster directly from China and Vietnam.
I have asked, requested, demanded a refund in full 5x! Excuse after excuse claiming I can't be refunded until masks arrive??????? What horrible, terrible, deplorable customer service and company! Thrive off COVID-19 pandemic and pathetic to steal small dollars here and there from thousands of people.
May your company rot for poor choices and hope BBB have enough info to officially shut your organization down and put you out of business. Literally the WORST online retail experience I've had in my entire adult life! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM please stay FAR away!!!
