You haven't even used the system.
Whether we replied to your email or not is irrelevant.
Your system was active for a year and you didn't use it.
We don't sell email chat subscriptions.
We have no business with email.
      Our business is file service.
You upload a file to the system. Your file is modified.
      You download the modified file.
That's the service you purchased. Our job is to create your file, not to chat.
You could have asked your questions through the system. The system has all kinds of communication, objection, and request sections.
Currently, there are over 4,000 customers in the system. If we were to chat with each of them via email, we would need to employ dozens of staff.
This is not a place for chatting. It's a file service.
You upload your file. And you download your modified file.
I'm attaching a picture of the transaction database record for all customers.
14,129 files have been modified in the last year. How can other people use the system? You can't blame us for a system you didn't use. There were no obstacles preventing you from using the system.
