Rating:I have no problem with the quality of the tee shirts I bought. The problem is with the size of them. I'm a big guy who need to loose some weight so I order size 2XL for tee shirts. Every manufacturer I have bought tee shirts delivers a product that, for me, fits a little loosely. So I ordered 2XL tees. When I got them I tried each one on and they were much too small. They fit very snugly like I was trying to show off my figure. Not what I wanted to do. So I asked for my money back. I decided on a refund because in a conversation with them I determined that their definition of 2XL is quite different from mine so replacements probably wouldn't work. After a couple of iterations of various options instead of a refund they sent a letter telling me to mail the tees to an address in Georga and when they got the tees, they would refund my purchase price. Then they explicitly said they would not refund the money I paid to ship the tees back to them.
