Rating:Extremely slow order processing, did not know items were coming from China. 6+ weeks for items ordered that are no longer listed on their site. Not sure if will receive anything at all.

Rating:Extremely slow shipping and processing time. Items ordered were low quality and overpriced. Now the items are no longer on the site.

Rating:My wife purchased an item from Hevrns. It arrived missing letters and made of crap plastic when the ad clearly showed it made of glass. Typical bait and switch. After going back and forth with them for a few weeks they tell me I can either pay 20 to 30 dollars to return it or accept a refund of 10% of what we paid. Horrible company. Do yourself a favor and never oder anything from them

Rating:I purchased a couple Christmas tree ornaments. The processing/sipping time was extremely slow. Once I finally received the products, you can tell they did the old "bait & switch". They were nothing like the photograph on the web page. Matter of fact, the final product was most likely hand crafted in someone's garage and not mass produced on a manufacturing line. The text was mirror-image backwards and it was cheap plastic coating like a poorly made Mod Podge project.
The company then tries to negotiate a small percentage of the total price for a refund in exchange for not requiring an actual return. I told them there was no sense for a return as the product was not resealable and incorrectly made. The most I could get them up to was 40% refund. I finally went to my bank to initiate a dispute and do a charge-back on them.
I can't just tell you not to purchase from this company as they use different store names on Facebook. You won't even see the HERVNS name until you get a credit card invoice. Although they do have a webpage by the same name. I definitely wouldn't buy from there either.

Rating:Took forever to get here and had Chinese tracking language and Chinese tags on pants. I ordered XL and they came like Chinese small. Really cheap crappy material. Such a scam also after this order lots scams callers and emails and texts messages.

Rating:I stupidly ordered the polo shirt that was supposed to be superior to other polo shirts. I received
a total piece of crap! The fabric was cheap and see-through!!! The stitching looked like a child had
sewn it together.
The "customer service" person said, "I have been under a lot of pressure". Really? I could careless!!! What the heck does that have to do with me? He told me I'd have to pay $20-$30 for shipping to return it. But, at first, he told me he would give me 10% refund ($28.66 original price = $2.86). I told him that I was going to report him to the FTC fraud site (I did). This morning, he offered a 70% refund because he had paid "all his costs".
This is another Chinese SCAM. I'm not buying anything off of Fa(r)cebook again!
WHY isn't this place shut down already?!!?!?!?

Rating:I received a damaged sweater and NOT the color I ordered from this company. The material was not as described. The items I ordered took so very long to arrive. I will never order from this website in the future.

Rating:Scammer! They sent me a shirt that was frayed and 4 sizes too small. Website says hassle free 30 day returns. They gave me two options: pay for return shipping to China to get a refund, or pay them more money to get another shirt sent. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from them.
