Rating:Finally received shoes after about 3-4 weeks. Felt too big when I put them on. Ordered US 10.5 (EU 44) but received EU 46 (US 12). Company refused to admit error. After many emails company told me I could pay send them back and they would send the correct size. I told them it was their error and they should pay shipping. Finally called credit card company and disputed charge. Unresolved at this time. They did offer a 20% refund which I accepted but still intend to retrieve my full purchase price. Other reviews state this is a common problem and no cooperation from company to fix. Welcome to the world of Chinese businesses.

Rating:If I could give 0 stars I would. This company violates numerous consumer protection laws. Long story short ... they advertised sandals that had orthotic features and what I got had a completely flat footbed. Their customer service is awful. They would not honor the full refund advertised on their website. Only offered 10-20%!

Rating:I waited about 4 weeks for the shoes I ordered. They were not orthopedic at all, no support and immediately aggravated my plantar fasciitis. Inferior design, and materials. Don't buy any products from this company. Complete junk!! Bite the bullet and go to your neighborhood full service shoe store and spend a little more but get a quality product and service. It's worth it. I rate this company and all its products at zero stars.

Rating:My shoe was too small and couldn't get a label for returns.
They didn't reply to my e-mail. The shoe has inferior materials. This's false advertisement. The company is operating from China not Australia.

Rating:This company is a complete scam! Liars and thieves. Received shoes supposedly size 9 but more like a 7. Plus, the shoes are total garbage -- no support features whatsoever and they probably cost about $2 to make. They wouldn't give a return address in the US, tried to tell me to accept 10% back. You have to pay to ship back to China! It took several emails before they even gave a Chinese address. So by the time I complained to PayPal, they said it had been more than 30 days, so out of luck. Yes, more than 30 days due to wrangling over return! Really the most disgusting, shady business you can imagine and all too typical of China.

Rating:I purchased shoes for my wife. They are too big so i wanted to return them. They offered me refund if i pay shipping cost. The shipping cost is from $321 to over $400. The shoes cost about $45. The company is located in China and there is no return policy unless you pay very high shipping cost. Don't buy from that company if you don't want to have any trubles.

Rating:NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered two pair of shoes in a 7.5 which is the size I wear. They were too small so I attempted to return them for a size 8.
In spite of back and forth emails, they finally said they had sent the right size and I could just give them to a friend.
