Rating:This company does not exist. The phone number is Google Voice and if you purchase something the money goes to a private account. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS "COMPANY". It's definitely a scam

Rating:Never buy from them! Scam! They never answer the phone nor responded to emails. I ordered from them and was waiting for a week hopping that they respond to me when I will have date for delivery. When I wrote them email the next day I got notification from Fedex that my package on the way. I was happy. they told me that it will arrive on Thursday, then they change for Friday, after for Saturday, Sunday... When I called to fedex they told me that company requested to send package back to them... I never got it! I tried to contact this company again - zero results! Very bad company and I will not recommended them to nobody! I am surprised that they still openly working on line. They need to be shot down!

Rating:Saw the bad reviews, but figured with trusted PayPal payment - how can you go wrong? Ordered a vacuum cleaner, supposed to be available at Wal-Mart only - and for steeply discounted price. All went fine - was sent order confirmation, tracking number, and received legit new (not refurb) item on time. Worked great for me!

Rating:Scam. I placed an order, received an email confirmation with a FedEx tracking #. Received a notificatio. That my package was delivered on 7/16, but didnt receive anything so i called FedEx. They told me the tracking was inaccurate and that my package was in transit to be delivered pater that day. Didnt received anything so i called FedEx on 7/17 to follow up. They told me the package would be delivered that night, but when i checked the tracking while i was on the phone with customer service, i sas that my package was just delivered (again) but to q completely different address in another city, and it showed that a receptionist signed for it. I filed a loss claim with FedEx and emailed info@citiwo.com as well as the third-party seller, "Ivette McGraw" (which i did not know i purchased from a third-party until AFTER i received the email confirmation) indicating that my package was sent to the wrong address and that the carrier was provided the wrong address, so it wasnt the carrier's fault. I did not receive a response, and do not have a phone number for the third-party seller. Citiwo's terms & cinditions indicate that they are not responsible to evaluate, respond to or resolce any claims for loss or damages purchased from a third-party through their website. I filed a claim with paypal, which will take a few weeks for them to possibly refund me, which is annoying. Do not purchase from this website. Rating:It seems they've taken down the website. I'm sure they'll be on the lookout for new ways to scam people of their money. What a sad way to live life as a crook stealing from people.
