Rating:It is a scam. I ordered a hat. Six weeks later it arrived. Terrible quality, and 1 1/2
sizes larger than ordered. Pasted below is their response to my complaint:
"Thank you for your contact!
We are very sorry for the trouble caused to you. For this situation, we have applied for a 15% refund for you and a 20% discount for your next purchase. Do you accept it?
No need to send the original items back to us. You can keep the products or donate them to those in need.
Look forward to your reply."
I refused their offer.
