Rating:Declined card immediately, sent text pretending to be cc company asking to confirm if I tried to make the purchase and requested I cancel my cc immediately IF I didn't make the purchase. I checked my cc account and they in fact did not send me any notifications.

Rating:I left this review on their page after they wouldn't reply to me about uploading the game to the account they gave me:
"The way you get this game is not clearly explained, you have to add someone else's your account to your switch to have access to a game, and you can't access that email so you can't change the password, you have no control over it. After initially adding the account to my switch, I reached out to support to let them know I was ready for the game to be uploaded, they had been responding up until this point, one message a day. After this, I never heard back from them, until I submitted a ticket asking for a refund. Then, they replied and said they could upload this game. Do not buy from them, the price is not worth how sketchy this is, just buy the game so you can actually own it yourself, this feels like having a profile in someone else's streaming service, you just hope they don't change the password.
Also, if you read other reviews, the site replied to each one, defensively and blaming the person for their problem. No real business would do that"
Only after I posted that did they reply and offered to give me a refund, under the condition I delete the review from Trust Pilot.
