Rating:A 99p charge in my case for one document will sign you up for £ 49.99 monthly subscription. An email was sent subsequently explaining the monthly charge in small print but initially missed until contacted by Visa fraud department.

Hi
Following my update, PFD Guru have once again made contact. Without disclosing content, please see my wife's FINAL response below:

Good Morning
I appreciate your unexpected communication at this time.
My major concern remains the number of people that have not received refunds by your employer, PDF Guru.
On reviewing other contributions specific to your business; it appears as though the business thrives on misinformation and the unauthorised withdrawal of monies from customer accounts on a global basis.
As such, I must refuse your offer with gratitude as I cannot on a moral basis alone, be associated with PDF Guru.
Regards

Hi.
Since writing my original review PDF-Guru have been in touch and finally resolved the matter.
HOWEVER!!!
It should not take for a customer to go this far in order to resolve such matters. Below are the details of my wife's response to PDF Guru following the issue's resolve:
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Good Morning
In response to your email, please be advised that whilst happy to accept the refund, I am of the firm belief that your business attempted to defraud me.
I think it is unfortunate that you attempt such actions based on your mis-held belief that most people will accept your explanation.
It is simply a disgrace and my husband WILL not be adjusting the review to suggest otherwise.
Regards

Rating:Same as waynus above there's nothing like other online trials or subs telling you this is what will happen when you pay 99 cents after 7 days they charge you 52 dollars for a subscription nowhere do they like all legit sites tell you on day 5 or 6BY EMAIL - that day 7 is coming if you need to cancel before paying this 52dollars you need to do it before day 7 otherwise it will renew automatically this is for sure without consent or permission this is stealing people's money - I have mailed them several times now with a sorry to hear that please accept 70 percent off if you'd like to return no mention of reimbursement then telling me no refund it's in their policy but looking like my information is not even being read by these people , in the first place the trial did not even work I
mentioned this several times - eventually I went to look at the terms on their website telling me you can ask for a reimbursement and without explanation - also telling me that they are sorry to hear and offering me lifetime free access after already taking the money the service doesn't even work these feedback bots want to ignore what you say because they are in the wrong I will be telling the world about these scammers as they stole my money, Still hoping to get my money back.
