25% this bank gave me the option not to make my monyhly payments on my home equity line when Florida was in an emergency situation due to a hurricane two years ago, what they didn't tell me was that once I continue making payments that I would have to pay those three payments in a lump sum, in addition to my monthly payment, consequently they have been charging me late charges on the deferred payments. I am retired and living on a budget and I complained about that on several occasions. These are fraudulent charges and since they have the upper hand they think that they can get away with it. Am 68 years old and a veteran.
