I tried ordering some shoes. As soon as I made the payment online using my debit card. The bank alerted me of a unusual transaction. I was charged twice when I only purchase one item. Got me thinking about fraud. Talk to the bank representative and cancelled the transactions. Then did a little research on the company. Don't recommend it.

I ordered some tennis shoes and got an invoice. No shipping info or any follow up for the last 5-6 days. I also realized there was a foreign transaction fee that hit my credit card. Their address is shown as Ca but my credit card says it is somewhere in London. Be careful!!

Rating:I too ordered some shoes but was unable to get an answer from them on status. They don't list a customer service phone number and they have multiple addresses of their location (all in North Hollywood but it looks like transactions go through London and google shows a hotel at that address).

I ordered some shoes and have not heard anything regarding my order. This is going on 2 weeks. I have sent 2 emails to the address but no response. What do you do in a case like this. I used a credit card to place the order.

In checking the status of my shoe order (placed 5/17/19) & submitting the confirmation number, a pop up window notified me I have NO ORDER HISTORY although my VISA indicates a $46.50 charge. While searching for contact information I came across several links warning that Fanzily is not to be trusted. I sent an (as yet unanswered) email requesting Fanzily customer service to provide the order status. I then notified my financial institution to cancel the transaction & requested a new credit card to prevent Fanzily from attempting to place additional charges on my account. Lesson learned. Research a company before blindly placing an order.

Rating:DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Had a similar experience as above. Order confirmation says Payment accepted, but no further correspondence. No reply to emails send to their address. Unable to email thru their website, keep getting error messages. Finally disputed the charge with my cc company. Would rate it as zero if possible.

Rating:Same. Ordered tennis shoes, was charged for the shoes AND international fee, from a company called Sharafred in Manchester, ENGLAND. The last contact I had was an emailed receipt for the payment of the shoes. No tracking email, no shoes delivered. I sent numerous emails, and got no response. My bank says I can't call it fraud because I authorized the transaction. Rats.

Rating:I had the same experience and an surprised I was so hasty and careless to get snagged. I did a search on Fanzily scam and found this site. My bank had me destroy my credit/debit card and issued a new one. They will halt all transactions associated with the old card, conduct an investigation, and attempt to recover the money. I am not counting on getting the money back, but I still want to take all appropriate actions and precautions.

Rating:Same happened to me. Do you have any idea how to get the money back, or what should I do? Can I still use my debit card or should I get a new one?
