Rating:Disappointing first experience with Navy Toys International. I paid $68 on October 14 for a TGToys TG8016 figure advertised as "In stock." I received confirmation that my order was being prepared for shipment, but 11 days later they canceled it without advance explanation and refunded only $65.
When I questioned them, they admitted the figure was actually still in preorder and that their website's inventory information is not always accurate. The exact product was still listed as "In stock"
