Rating:I ordered on 1/13/24, set of fold up shelving and the tracking states it was delivered but we have not received it. Emailed back and forth with Joyce who said it was delivered but would give me a small percent discount. Tracking says suda carrier- no help.

Rating:I ordered the shelves buy 2 get 2 and I thought it was QVC it says it was delivered but haven't gotten the shelves. But they did take my money. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Rating:Scam! Same story with our purchase of the folding shelves. They had fake tracking. Said it was delivered, but wouldn't tell us the delivery company. It was not delivered and when we tried to get refund they would only approve 30%. I'm sure we would not get it. We contacted PayPal. Hopefully we will get our money back. When we order we looked up Baoard and our internet check indicated it was part of QVC. It's not! Scam!

Rating:Exact same experience as the others here. I ordered folding shelves in January, they say it was delivered and gave fake delivery info. They are trying to give me only 30% back, as they "aren't responsible if someone stole it off my porch". I bar a doorbell camera, it wasn't stolen as it was never delivered. Working with my credit card company to get my money back.

Rating:Me too. Ordered shelves they said delivered. Ordering website tracking information email. Now they say they will refund 1/3 of the money because they said it was stolen. I wish I would have read this website first. Posing as QVC!

Rating:SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FRO THIS WEBSITE. THEY SAY THE SHELVES WERE DELIVERED BUT NO VALID TRACKING. NOW IM BLOCKED FROM THE WEBSITE. DISPUTED WITH CREDIT CARD. I would give the -100 if i could.
