Cosara.com is a fraud scam business. They sent different item to what was paid for and it didn't work. On Alibaba this cheap junk item sells for $12.50 for a single unit; I paid more than $150. They want device returned for refund but won't give a true return address. Google has 4 pages of businesses at the street address Cosara is supposed to operate from in Florida. Others have had the same experience; one return address Cosara used turned out to be a Salvation Army charity shop! My niece asked her chat group for their experiences with Cosara and she was overwhelmed with similar issues; no refund, no return address, communication that was the same reply to every email which seemed to be from a poorly trained robot. Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star rating; it should be -5 star! Business operates under many different names but scam is still the same. Another name is dermao.com. Parent company according to PayPal is Interactive Ecommerce LLC.

Cosara is a scam. Marketing is very convincing but products are cheap chinese products available for 1/4 the price on Alibaba.

The sloppy bj item is useless. Cheap chynese product that ONLY vibrates. They describe FOUR functions. All lies. No suction. No twisting. Nothing else. The charging is hit or miss. Does nothing but vibrate. The marketing materials are highly deceptive and overall, this is fraudulent.
