Rating:It took about 6 weeks for me to receive my body massages from overseas from another company last summer. I’d like to buy another one but not sure about this company.
overseas promises delivery in 10-12 days but it definitely takes longer!

Rating:I ordered a steel tongue drum for 29.99 and shipping ($35.00) and they sent me a wash cloth with a kitty on it. They do not answer their email or messaging. This is a scam company, save your money and buy from someone that you can verify. Zero customer service absolutely awful.

Rating:If you paid through paypal you can open a claim! I did. They have until February 11th to resolve it and if they don't do it by then paypal will get involved. I'm staying on the ball on this one!
Like Kevin, I too thought I was buying a steel drum and was sent a stupid T-shirt. What absolute scumbags!

Rating:I ordered electric shears and got a "sexy lingerie". I did not know that the order was being sent from china as i would never have ordered from them. This is an absolute scam, and I am going to report this as fraud to my credit card company.

I ordered a steel drum and got a 3x4 pkg of stupid blue wall stickers!! I paid through paypal, so I am hoping for a refund. I paid 35.90 for the drum I thought I was ordering. Fraudulent SITE!!!

Rating:I ordered a hand massagers at $45 on the 10 Jan which included delivery. I got a small parcel which contained a rubber tortoise the size of an egg. I've opened a claim with PayPal.

Rating:SCAM BEWARE!. IM OUT $65. PAYPAL WANTS ME TO PAY $17 RETURN SHIPPING WITH SELLER PROOF OF RECEIPT, WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN, AND WONT REFUND MY MONEY. CYBERBUNKER WEBSITE HAS A LIST OF PEOPLE WHO GOT SCAMMED. PAYPAL STILL LETS HERSMIA USE THEM FOR FUTURE PURCHASES. PAYPAL IS USELESS

Rating:Do not order through Hersmia.com, it is a scam. I paid $32 for a Steel Tongue Drum including shipping; I received a cheap t-shirt which read "Namaste in Bed", women's size medium (i.e. not my gender or size.) It is clearly intentional as the shipping number matches and the total on the invoice matches (as if I would pay $32 for this T-shirt.) Multiple emails to their "customer service" contact have not elicited any response. I also reported to Facebook as they are still running ads from theae scam artists.

Rating:My bad experience mirrors the complaints of others here. I ordered a set of pruning shears via a Facebook promo, got bogus tracking information, got suspicious, and filed a Paypal complaint. I received a refund promptly, then inexplicably received a small envelope from China that contained a flimsy cheap nightie and related sleazy items. Don't buy from this seller.

Rating:Same... ordered 10 Jan 2020, no word after 20 days... emailed, no response, raised undelivered dispute with PAYPAL... a package was delivered today and after I get tracking via PayPal.
So, dutifully PayPal closed dispute since tracking shows delivery.
but instead of 1kg parcel, I received a 23gm parcel with blue plastic turtle, declaration state value $16. Photo evidence all sent to PayPal uk directors office and escalations. Plus trading standards have my complaint plus direct email of seller... since PayPal demanded that too. So frauds are under surveillance by powers that be.

Rating:It gives me comfort that im not the only one to have bee scammed by these rs holes. Paid for massager & received a dog seat belt attachment - unbelievable. 5 weeks of waiting for nothing including any form of response from them. Why on earth do facebook allow them to advertise using their platform - theyre as much to blame

After reading the reviews, which I should have done before I ordered, I find out now that it is a SCAM. ???????????? I'm so angry right now. I WILL BE FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK! I see people have spoken of PayPal but what about your local bank?!?!? ????????????

Rating:Purchased a massage gun for $45 total and after a month and half I received a WOMAN BLOUSE INSTEAD. total scam and wasted so much of my time. They did not even honor a return label hoping to discourage me from sending back their junk, but PayPal covered up to $30 shipping costs.

Rating:their phone number tries to get you to say "yes" to a free health alert monitor-totally a scam sight - I reported to sheriff department-their email bounces. DO NOT BUY - I changed my credit card number and learned a lesson!!
