Rating:Unigifta is a scam! I ordered a personalised light up mirror which took over a month to receive. The 'mirror' is not glass it is a reflective plastic/metal type material that came with scratches all over it. I have emailed Unigifta support everyday since I received the product which was two weeks ago and I have not had a reply. This is a scam site. Please beware!!!

Rating:Unigifta is the absolute worst company! Do not order from here. Got the wrong product and they did not make it right and I was not offered any time of refund. Everytime you email, you're sent someone different and they just keep asking your order number over and over to not have to address any issues. Don't waste your money!

Rating:This store is a scam. My order was full of scratches & dirty & the package I paid extra for was crushed & the photo in the frame was enlarged improperly which shows the picture twice. I opened a dispute through PayPal & sent them all the photos of the garbage they sent me & pay pal said they couldn't force them to give me refund because I asked for a return label in which they refused & wanted me to pay to ship it back! Keep in mind I placed this order in January & it arrived a month later, way passed Valentine's Day. I even emailed them directly & they finally agreed to reship me a replacement & here we are, almost the end of march & now they are attempting to negotiate a 20% discount off the garbage they sent me. The audacity! I will report them to the BBB. Hope others do also so they can stop this scam. I expect to receive what I paid for as advertised by their company, not to negotiate on garbage.

Rating:definitely a scam, some of their listings are copied images from Etsy shops. they're stealing the images and designs of others to make you think that you're purchasing a legitimate product, but they deliver low-quality, knock-off versions of what you planned to buy. don't lose your money and avoid purchasing from this site.

Rating:Unigifta is a complete scam. I ordered father's day presents and waited almost 2 months to find out they were "out of the material" to make one of my gifts only because I kept emailing their support email. That's a whole other issue in itself, by the way. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor they stopped responding to me. This company is a complete joke. Dont waste your time or your money!!!

Rating:If I could give less than 1 start I would. I ordered a hat and I waited about 3 weeks before I reached out to the company because I hadn't received any tracking info. I was told in an email that the product hadn't been made yet. I said fine, please cancel as the item hasn't been made because it's not going to arrive on time. At that point all of my emails were then not receiving responses. Then they sent a fake tracking number service and I never received the item. They won't return your money for any reason and they won't answer your emails once you start asking for money back. They are terrible company.

Tracking did not work and no customer service to contact.

Rating:Ordered with VIP Postage and it never arrived before Valentine's day. The website isn't even working to check the status of the Order! Keep in mind I clicked the direct email they sent once I made my purchase. Please check websites you don't know before ordering.
