Rating:I ordered 3 hoodies from Unifitstyle clothing and what I received was cheap quality clothing items that do Not look anything like what was displayed on the website. The fabric was super thin and cheap. This company is well aware they are deceiving the consumers and stealing money from them because they have No intentions of giving you a refund. Please don't let these people steal your hard earned money.
The company's website lies and states they will pay for shipping yet they want me to pay and ship the returned items to CHINA. 😳 Offering me $15 refund when I spent over $97.
Additional Note: the customer support provided me with a return address (via email), the address in China to ship the poor quality hoodies out of the country, the shipping fees for the return package would cost me $108?! I emailed the company and informed them that the shipping fee would be $108 for the 3 hoodies that cost $97, yet the quality of the all 3 hoodies don't exceed $10....no answer. If this company is Not being honest about (1) what is written on their website about refunds and (2) Not being honest about the quality of the clothing items....AND are asking me to pay for the shipping to CHINA!! It's quite obvious they're being dishonest about everything else, including the refund.
Once the package leaves the United States, it's difficult to track the return item.
Don't shop here, this company consist of Scammers, Thieves and Liars!!
