Rating:The product, hearing aids/headphones seemed good. They were big for my head , and I have a big head. They bone conduction seemed to work, just not for me. One cannot use the Bluetooth with the phone for hearing aids. It took a lot of contacting before they refunded my money. Buyer beware, you will lose the shipping costs you paid to send the item ($20), and what it costs to return the item($7).
