Do NOT trust this sight. The merchandise I received was nothing like the pictures or description in their ad.

I received no response from their support site.

I will consider this a lesson learned at a cost of $50.

I ordered Spectacles (which they never delivered) from their sponsored website on Quora. They were trading as FEOILTD.
When I checked FEOILTD they showed a 'frozen' page which said 'the shop is closed.Try again later'. Weeks later they started advertising through Quora again. I got in touch with their 'Support Section' (??!!!) who gave me the runaround. Even Quora we're not much help.
    BEWARE!!!!

I ordered a pair of flashlights from this company, and it was definitely NOT as advertised. I'm going through this thing where they offered me up to 20% refund to keep the product, plus 50% of my next order... HAH, not gonna happen! I found an error in their website ad for for the product, and am pushing them to pay return shipping (they shipped it from Caifornia, but want it returned to China... they can pay for that if they want to) and give me a full refund of my $40. With the evidence I have, I can claim credit card fraud (and will) if they continue to push me! My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

They advertised their very powerful lumens flashlight, at like 50% discount. You could buy the regular, at 1,000 lumens of brightness, or the "military" one at 8,000 lumens, which would be extremely powerful! Dummy that I am, I ordered one of the brighter, powerful "military" ones. BUT -- what came was just a pretty much standard little flashlight, and right on the box, it said it had a paltry 750 lumens! Less even then their standard model which was supposed to have 1,000 lumens. I would send it back, but their return policy is so terrible and confusing, that I am afraid that if I do, all I will do is give them this POS flashlight back, and still be out my $19.95 plus shipping and tax. So, another lesson learned the hard way, I guess! Why is this third rate, or scam outfit, allowed to advertise on the mediums they do? Bewear of this company-- do NOT buy anything from them!

We ordered goods from them which were incorrectly sized. They encouraged us to keep the goods and gift them and order a larger size at a discount. These too arrived incorrectly sized - way too small. I am having difficulty returning the products to them as they have given me two different addresses and will not provide me with a telephone number which is required on the customs declaration forms. Without this telephone number I cannot ship the product and get my two refunds. Do not order from this company.

Terrible experience. I ordered two shirts. The ones I received were extremely cheaply made and MUCH smaller than any other Medium shirt (my normal size) I have ever come across. Not even close. Upon seeking a return/refund, I found that I could return the shirts only by sending them to mainland China...which would cost almost as much as the price of purchase. (Strange, in as much as the shirts shipped from California.) To be honest, they say are giving me a credit of 15% back. This is an unethical and unfair company and I recomend you have nothing to do with them and their practices. What a racket. If I could give this company a negative number, I would.

Terrible and quite unhelpful company whose product description is, in my experience, inaccurate. They even promise in their refund policy they will pay for the return shipping charges if the product is not as described they then find a million excuses not to pay. In my case they started by offering an starting 10% refund and I could keep their product which went up to 40% which I rejected. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
