Rating:I have ordered from this company and can tell you they are 100% a scam! It took almost a month to receive the items I ordered and whenever I would ask about it, they gave the same generic response and a tracking link that didn't even work. When I checked out from their website, first of all, the deals they show don't end up actually translating to your cart when you check out. On top of that, they advertise that you can use paypal but nope, you actually can't. This should have tipped me off right here but my nephew really wanted this so I went against my better judgement and ordered him a ball and a net. The ball is literally like a $5 plush stuffed animal you'd give a dog to play with and the net is 2 cheap pieces of plastic you have to assemble yourself. I've seen nicer toys at dollar general. AND on top of all of that - it didn't even ship in a box! It was in a cheap bag cheap clothing stores ship tshirts in.

Rating:Customer support responds until the money has cleared. Then nothing. No response, no delivery. Ordered a month ago and nothing arrived. Stay away! Would give zero stars if I could.

Rating:Quietbounce is a scam.
Stay away!!!! I ordered 2 quietbounce basketballs on Dec 8. My credit card was charged on Dec. 9. The web site promised 1-2 day shipping. It has been 15 days and nothing has shipped. The customer care phone number does not work and there is no response to my emails. I have contacted my credit card to dispute this charge. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Plus, I am going on numerous scam warning sites trying to warn other.
