Rating:I have placed an order yesterday to this site and have received no validation email or any receipt. Should I expect to receive order? Or ask bank to freeze payment

Rating:I ordered 2 Aseere ionizers on 1/6/25 (1 June) and received them on 25 June. A week later there was a debit of $28.62 AUD on my Mastercard for International Transaction Fee and this charge has again appeared on my latest statement on 6 July.
I have just sent an email to hello@aseere.com asking for an explanation of these amounts and also requesting a full refund of my initial purchase as I am dissatisfied with the product.
Guess what! Mail delivery failure - rejected by recipient.
DO NOT BUY from this company - seems I have been scammed but hopefully I can recoup my losses from my credit card provider. I would have given a score of zero if it was available.

Rating:I got involved with aseere.com unwittingly last year after making an online purchase. Since then they have have been taking monthly payments from my bank account. I've contacted my bank and my debit card has been replaced but the money is still being taken. I didn't know what else I can do to stop it
