Rating:Nobody answered the phone so I contacted them through chat. It was a real-person chat, not AI. After having gone through the entire chat, I think AI would've been better, and I hate AI. I was just 30 minutes into a chat and all I had gotten was a "thank you for contacting us," and that they would "contact the local store and get back with "him." Who is "him"? I have no idea who "him" is, but the person with whom I was chatting took 5 to 10 minutes to respond to every question I had and I did not have but a couple of questions. It was maddening! The person with whom I was talking was an idiot, and said things that made absolutely no sense. I finally gave up and closed out of the soul-stealing chat. This company is no more than a general call center and then they reach out to stores who buy into their business. And, of course, they won't tell you who the local store is. A horribly frustrating experience. There is no way in the world I would do business with these people.
