Rating:They sold my mother a "lifetime" computer security subscription for $2500. I think they are a scam.

Rating:This is a scam. Your computer goes blank, with ominous message, and their tech service number appears. They try to sell you an expensive fee plus maintenance contract. If you call back afterwards, you can never speak to the same person. Everyone's names are generic like John Smith, but the names keep changing. Nothing is documented for the customer. No paper trail. Avoid it.
