Rating:Checked the physical address given on the website and it is a hourly office space rental, so I won't be ordering from them.

Rating:THE worst company I've ever had to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought some faulty earbuds and I tried to return immediately within the 14 day period. Then began a long and arduous back and forth of long emails (from them) insisting on videos (when the faults were not something that could be filmed) and refusal to refund my money. I spent weeks receiving unhelpful emails and the customer service was appalling. They use a policy of wearing down customers, wasting their time and energy explaining and re-explaining the reason for return, not sending return details and unwillingness to give basic customer service. I have never in my life experienced such a horrible time with any company I've bought from, ever. I even had to resort to speaking with trading standards as a back up for my consumer rights. The best thing you can do is go to any company but this one. If I could give zero stars I would
