Rating:tacticalpow.com is a FRAUD. The owner uses the name "Vickie". Their phone number in Tennessee is non-working, and if you Google image their TN address you see a house trailer in a field. The seller is actually in CHINA. Their "tactical helmets" which they call level III NIJ listed (they even offer a level IV, which doesn't exist) are PAINT BALL HELMETS. Before knowing all of this I bought a helmet, then tried to cancel, was told they couldn't because it already shipped. Asked for proof of shipping and tracking, they played games with me. Went to Paypal, got a full refund in 5 minutes because Paypal has had a ton of complaints about this scam artist. Then "Vickie" - who told me that she HAD shipped - told me that she could NOT ship because I went to Paypal! LOTS of complaints about the fraud of a seller in China not shipping, refusing to give refunds, etc. Check out reviews with the Better Business Bureau and other scam advisor websites.
