Rating:The order wasn’t send. No one respond to my messages. Almost sure that it is scam or very bad quality service!

Rating:I'm having the same problem. There is no customer service and my order never arrived. They will not respond to my emails. There's no phone number.

Rating:I’ve had the same problem I ordered a Magic Fort on September 4th but it hasn’t been delivered and I have no tracking number. They told me after paying to download the Shop app where I can track my purchase but it didn’t have any details. I’ve emailed numerous times but no reply from Shop app. My granddaughter won’t get her birthday present now!!!
