Rating:I paced an order with this company using my PayPal. Their original advertisement claimed that they were through Amazon but I honestly should have seen the red flags when I was asked for my payment information. Amazon already has that information on file.
I was over charged and my PayPal receipt doesn't match my order or what they had been offering on their website. I attempted to contact this company multiple times and eventually canceled my order with-in their 24 hour cancellation time period.
According to their website they are open Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm, they claim to respond to emails with-in 1 business day, and that PayPal refunds are issued immediately.
I eventually opened up a PayPal dispute seeing that this company had not responded to any of my emails even though this is the only contact information that you receive after placing an order and they had not refunded my account after the cancellation.
They finally contacted me after I had opened up a PayPal dispute. Pretty much telling me they would only refund my money if I closed my PayPal dispute. I honestly 100% believe this company to be a scam.

Rating:I ordered Two of their Large Mystery Boxes and I was overcharged. My receipt also claimed that I had only ordered One Foldable Mini Mechanical Keyboard for $98.98. I immediately attempted to contact the seller and I canceled my order seeing that there appeared to be some kind of mistake. After not receiving a response or a refund I eventually contacted PayPal opening up a PayPal dispute.
Seller immediately contacted me to say they will only refund my money if I close my dispute and then a day later they claimed to have sent my package even though I had already canceled my order.
I escalated my dispute to a claim but PayPal closed my claim siding with the seller even though the issue had not been resolved and the seller hadn't responded to any messages sent in PayPal. PayPal also refused to allow me to appeal their decision and at this point it had been almost a month and I still hadn't received any packages.
I have now contacted my bank to dispute the charge and I have explained my situation. A week later a package smaller than my cat arrives from the seller. I again contacted my bank and my bank informed me that I needed to contact the seller to return the item.
I contact the seller and the seller responds with a statement claiming that because PayPal had intervened they were not obligated to refund me my money and they are not allowing me to return the item.
