Rating:Ordered a custom NFL Jersey on 9/28/2023. Received 11/3/2023. Right team, but wrong number and name. Requested refund. The company agreed and said it would take 2-3 business days. Waited 15 days before following up. Was told the refund had been processed - see image. As you can see there is no reference to the card type or card number the refund was supposedly issued to. Never received the refund after multiple emails. Was lied to about the refund being sent and told to work it out with my bank. Concerning business practices.
